4thCapital
We worship money as the one true god.
The Fourth Degree
01
Exchange
Money is a means of settlement, spent once the trade is done.
02
Power
Money is rank, kept for the command it confers.
03
Ideology
Money is a doctrine: markets are treated as truth.
04
God
Money is worshipped, and every other purpose is subordinate — this is 4th Capital.
The Energy
A dollar is hours of a life, already worked, made portable.
It moves. It accumulates. It compounds, or it is wasted.
Capital stays where it is honored, and it leaves what dissipates it.
Money can be god because it is human time in its purest transferable form.
The Scale
If capital is god, this is its size.
Each figure is a different measure. None stands in for another.

The Dollar
The dollar is the present name of the god.
It is the unit in which official reserves are held.
1792
The Coinage Act defines the dollar as the money of the United States.
1862
The Legal Tender Act authorizes United States notes, the greenbacks.
1913
The Federal Reserve Act creates a central bank for the dollar.
1944
At Bretton Woods, other currencies are fixed to the dollar, and the dollar to gold for foreign official holders.
1971
That gold convertibility is suspended. The dollar is fiat.
2026
The dollar is 56.7% of official foreign-exchange reserves.
Reserve share: IMF Currency Composition of Official Foreign Exchange Reserves, second quarter 2026, 56.7%.
The Practice
Kindness is not a reason to invest. Neither is agreement. What will not earn is not given a dollar.
The Thousand
1,000
Seats, at any time
Seat No.
Membership is held to one thousand seats. That is the rule of the firm. It is not a count of who sits.
One seat is one member. A seat opens only when the person who holds it surrenders it.
Admission is by application, and then by review. An invitation may come. None is owed.
The test is discipline already shown with capital: the record, the conduct, and fidelity to the creed. Fame does not qualify. Noise does not qualify. Net worth, alone, does not qualify.
To hold a seat is to belong to this firm, and to the faith it keeps.
Names are never published. There is a waiting list. The list is not published. Neither is its length.
Membership enquiries are read. Most are declined.
